Spare has completed its annual SOC 2 Type II examination and HIPAA assessment, both performed by our independent auditor, Sensiba LLP. The audits covered June 1, 2025 through May 31, 2026 and closed with no exceptions.

For our customers, this means an independent third party tested the controls we rely on to protect your data, including access management, change management, monitoring, and incident response, and confirmed they operated as described throughout the year.

Both reports are available to customers and prospects on request through this Trust Center.
